Westerners, especially, on social media spout all sorts of views on how a sustainable world might work. In many cases they know nothing of how a large part of humanity lives. Only through such photography can we be educated before we pontificate on our views and solutions.

The last time I saw this kind of charcoal iron was in India. I grew using this charcoal cast iron. Not only we used it for clothes, we used it to grill cheese sandwiches and brown sugar for the traditional hamon served on Christmas season.
