A Black-and-white Bulbul (Brachypodius melanoleucos) has his tails up at MacRitchie Reservoir, Singapore — It looked like a javan myna from afar but has a unique tail and plumage. Beautiful little bird and happy to have a sight of it.

Labels in Vatteluttu script apparently indicates some of these images were made in memory of departed souls. Many Jain Ascetics lived in these hills back in those years.
