First reaction on this image, I bought a bag of sand last week for about $3.00, How many bags an hour do these guys have to do to make a living?
I am retired now but I was an art director and graphic designer, and can remember doing press checks where I would be scrutinizing the press proof for broken type or color mismatches which would never noticed by 99% of the readers and charging the client more per hour than these men probably make in month. Plus, no face masks, think of all the sand they are probably eating.
Construction site works at small towns wouldn’t have PPE requirements, Steve. Their pay wouldn’t be so much and they’ll be doing all sorts of construction works; their work conditions and pay scale are improving slightly. Thanks for your comments.
